Stellarossa's Catering Order Platform: Terms and Conditions


Platform Details:

The catering ordering platform (“Platform”) is an independent service not associated with the Stellarossa app. Rewards points earned on the Stellarossa app are not applicable or transferable to the catering platform and visa versa.

Preordering Timeframe:

Catering orders must be placed at least 24-48 hours before the desired pick-up time (depending on individual store’s preferences). Orders placed less than 24 hours before the requested pickup time will not be processed.

Order Placement:

Orders can be placed through the Platform. To initiate an order, please select your chosen store, select ‘Later’ as the ‘when’ selection and enter your pickup time and date. If you select ‘Pick-up ASAP’, your order is not confirmed until you hear directly from the store that they are able to accommodate your requested order timeframe.

Availability and Confirmation:

Catering orders are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address. Please review the confirmation to ensure accuracy.

Modifications and Cancellations:

Modifications or cancellations to catering orders must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Changes made within 24 hours of the pickup time may not be accommodated. Please contact the store directly for all modifications or cancellations. Cancellations will be refunded within 5 working days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Payment:

Payment for catering orders is required at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods will be specified on the Platform.

Pickup Location:

Catering orders can be picked up at the designated pickup location specified during the ordering process. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.

Delivery Options:

Franchise Partners of Stellarossa locations may choose to offer delivery for catering orders at their discretion. The delivery radius is determined based on the store’s acceptable range, and is allocated within the Platform using a pre-determined postcode function. If delivery is offered, the option to charge a delivery fee or offer free delivery is at their discretion also, and if present, the fee will show up in the Platform Checkout. After selecting the location, in the ‘Order Type’ box, a Delivery option will be present if the selected location offers the service.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
